Chairman Mr Ettah, holds a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Chemistry and an MBA from the University of Benin. He has worked variously among others as the Divisional Managing Director of Mr Bigg's Division of UAC of Nigeria Plc (Now UAC Restaurants), Acting Divisional Managing Director of UAC Foods Division, Executive Director/Head of Human Resources of UAC of Nigeria Plc before his appointment as the Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of UAC of Nigeria Plc. He is a member of Council of Manufacturers Association of Nigeria, Nigeria Employers Consultative Association (NECA) and Lagos Chamber of Commerce & Industry (LCCI). He is the Acting Chairman of the Board. He joined the Board in 2007.
