UPDC Hotels Limited was incorporated to hold and manage the assets of Festac '77 Hotel bought from the Federal Government in 2002.
The share capital of the Company is N2.2 billion.
The Company has completed a considerable amount of work on its Hotel Project and will soon commence operational business.
