Mr. Abdul A. Bello – Managing Director
A Director and Company Secretary since 1998, he became Managing Director of UPDC Plc on November 1st, 2007.
Prior to this appointment, he was the Managing Director, CAP Plc from February 2003. He joined Grand Cereals & Oil Mills Limited as Chief Accountant in 1989, becoming Financial Controller of that Company in 1993, until his transfer to UAC of Nigeria Plc Accounts Headquarters in 1997.
Formerly Chief Accountant Inlaks Plc and Special Assistant to Inlaks Group Finance Director. Mr. Bello is the President of the Chemical and Non-Metallic Employers' Federation. |

Mrs Folashade Oluwatoyin Ogunde- Finance Director
She holds a Bachelor of Science (Social Sciences) degree in Economics of the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University ), Ile-Ife. She is also a Chartered Accountant and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
She worked as an Auditor for several years with the Firm of Deloitte Haskins & Sells (now part of Akintola Williams Deloitte & Touche), Chartered Accountants. She also had a brief stint in a Financial Institution as Treasury Operations Manager.
Since joining UACN, she has worked as Management Accountant, UAC Foods; pioneer Divisional Commercial Director, Mr. Bigg's and Group Treasurer, UACN. She has attended General Management and Leadership courses in Ashridge and Cranfield Universities, both in the UK.
She was appointed to the Board of the company on Tuesday 1st of March, 2005. |

Mr. Stevens Iluobe Akhigbemidu- GM Business Properties
Steve Akhigbemidu is a graduate of Estate Management & Town Planning from Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi. He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration of the Ambrose Alli University . He is an Associate member of The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers and a registered member of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria.
He joined the Property Division of UACN in 1981 after his NYSC on Assistant Management grade. He was promoted to Full Management grade in 1986. He has acquired wide and varied experience in property management and development from his diverse job scheduling within the company. As the Lagos Area Manager of UACN Property Dev. Co. Plc, he was responsible for the management of all residential apartments in high brow area of Ikoyi/Lekki, office blocks and warehouses in the Lagos metropolis. He was appointed the General Manager (Business Properties) in 2002, the position he occupies till date. |

Mrs. Ibitola Omolara Okuboyejo- GM Premium Homes
She holds both Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Architecture of the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria. She is a full member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) and was duly registered with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON) in 1989 after the requisite years of professional practice. Ibitola also holds an MBA degree of the IESE Business School, University of Navarra, Spain. She is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School.
Her wide and varied experience in the Real Estate Industry spans over two decades with major involvements in Public Housing, Commercial High Rise Residential and Office Developments, Project Management and in more recent years Private Corporate Developer Schemes. She worked with the Lagos State Development and Property Corporation and held several key management positions such as the Asst. General Manager (Architectural Services) and rose to become the Head of Projects and Ag. Head of the Property Development Group. She has attended the Management Course on Service and Value Creation at IESE Business School, Barcelona, Spain; and was on the Nigerian Contingent to the Commonwealth Assembly of Architects in Bloemfontein, South Africa, 2003.
Since joining the UACN Property Development Company Plc in 2005, she has worked as General Manager (Premium Homes). She presently an Advisory member of the Technical Committee (Building Materials) of the Standards Organization of Nigeria. |

Mr. Theophilus Caiafas- GM Luxury Apartments/Classic Homes
Phil studied Architecture and graduated with a B.Sc (Arc.) and M.Sc (Arc.) degrees from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He has also attended several courses in Project Management, Facilities Management and Management Information Systems.
He has a wide and varied experience in the Construction and Real Estate Sectors of the Nigerian Economy. He worked as a Project Archtect and later as Director of Projects with Donier (Deutche Aerospace), a German Aerospace and Consrtuction/Development Company.
He joined UAC of Nigeria Plc as General Manager (Classic Homes) in January 2006 and presently oversees the Luxury Apartments Department as well as the Classic Homes Department of the Company. |

Mrs. Florence Ize-Iyamu- Marketing Manager
Florence holds a Higher National Diploma in Estate Management from Yaba college of Technology Yaba and she is also a Charted Estate Surveyor and Valuer. She is an associate member of both the Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyor and Valuer and Nigeria Institute of Management.
Her vast experience in the building industry span over a decade. Before joining the company, she worked with Knight Frank and Rutley an international property company.
She joined the company as an Assistant Manager Sales and Letting and later become a Manager in January 2001. Before becoming the Marketing Manager she was the Estate Controller managing all residential properties in Lagos.
She has attended marketing and senior management courses at Lagos Business School. |

Mr. A. Olumuyiwa Ojo- IT/Business Efficiency Manager
Muyiwa is the Information Technology/Business Efficiency Manager of the company. He holds a B.Sc (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Ibadan and Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the Federal University of Technology Akure. He is an Associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.
His work experience span across different sectors of the economy, from Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Services, etc. He had worked with Wireless Telecoms Limited, Project Planning and Systems Development Limited, Lydoline Paints Limited and De-United Foods Industries Limited (Indomie).
He joined UAC of Nigeria Plc as the IT Support Services Manager. He was transferred to UACN Property Development Company Plc as the IT Manager in December 2004. The Business Efficiency function of the Company was later added to his portfolio in April 2005. |

Mrs. Maria Ajibike Ahimie- General Services Manager
Maria Ajibike Ahimie holds a BSc degree in Sociology from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and an MSc degree in the same discipline, core area being Demography and Industrial Sociology from the University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos.
She worked in an indigenous Management Consultancy firm- Ujamaa, as a Research Officer before joining UACN Plc in October 1991 as a Management Trainee.
She has held many Managerial position in Sales/Marketing, Logistics and Supply Chain, and Human Resources.
Maria was transfered to UPDC in April 2006 as the General Services Manager.
She has during her career in UACN attended various courses in Nigeria, Kenya and the UK. |

Mr. Henry Ezulu- Estate Controller
Henry holds a B.Sc (Hons) in Estate Management from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and a Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma. He is a Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, Nigeria Institute of Management, and also a member of International Facilities Management Association.
His vast experience in the construction, property and facilities management industry spans over a decade. Before he joined the company, he worked as the Project Manager for Worldwide Technologies Limited.
He joined the Company in August 2000 as Assistant Manager in charge of the Commercial and Industrial Properties. He became a manager in January 2004. Before his appointment as Estate Controller, he was the Regional Property Manager (East) of the Company . |
