UACN Property Development Company Plc (UPDC) was incorporated as a public liability company quoted on the Nigerian Stock Exchange on 6th October 1997, with UAC of Nigeria Plc holding 46% and other 21,000 shareholders holding the remaining 54%. Before going public, it operated as property division of UACN Plc.

UPDC’s strength lies in its mandate, which is to provide solutions in the area of Property Development, Property Management, Marketing and Facility Management.

We presently hold substantial portfolio of Residential and Commercial properties and other fixed assets spread across Nigeria, currently valued at 31.9 Billion Naira with a turnover of 5.48 Billion naira in 2006.
