Chemical and Allied Products Plc (CAP PLC) has appointed Mr. Larry Ettah, Group Managing Director UAC of Nigeria Plc as its Director and Acting Chairman.

According to a statement signed by Marketing Manager, CAP Plc, Kemi Oroniran which was made available to Consumer Affairs, Ettah, a graduate of school of Executive Porgramme of Michigan School of Business, University of Michigan, Ann Anbor United States, assumed the new position following the Board of Directors meeting recently.

The statement added that the former Chairman of the Board (CAP Plc), Alhaji (Dr) Mohammed Koguna retired recently after heading the board for ten years.

The statement also stated that Ettah joined UAC, of Nigeria in 1988 and has served the organisation in various capacities including Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of UAC, Director UPDC Plc and Chairman UNICO CPFA Limited.
