UPDC FLOATS 15 BILLION BOND ISSUE - LARGEST CORPORATE BOND ISSUE IN THE NIGERIAN CAPITAL MARKETS (2010-08-19)
Arrangements for the UACN Property Development Company Plc (UPDC) Offer for Subscription of 15 billion Fixed Rate Non-Convertible Bonds due 2015 have now been concluded. The Bonds are being issued under a 30 billion Debt Issuance Programme approved by the Company’s shareholders earlier in the year. Stanbic IBTC Bank PLC is acting as Lead Issuing House, while FBN Capital Limited and First Securities Discount House Limited are Joint Issuing Houses.
