It was incorporated in 2002 and is jointly owned by UPDC Plc and Top Services Limited.

1004 Estates Limited:
This company is jointly owned by UPDCplc and Union Homes Plc . It was incorporated to buy and totally refurbish the 1004 Estate, Victoria Island Lagos which previously served as the official residence of Federal legislators
